- Custom Duty, if levied by the country of the customer, will be liable to be paid by the customer only. We are not responsible for any custom charges on the shipment.
- In case, the customer refuses to pay Custom Duty at the destination, we will not be liable to refund the order amount due to non-delivery of the order.
- In case the customer wants to receive the order in urgency, there are extra charges of 500/- for each style in an order. If possible to deliver early, a payment link will be sent to the customer.
- The order will be put in process only after the total order payment including the urgent charges is received.
- COD orders cannot be processed in Urgent Shipping.

Kindly note that all our products are customized for every customer and lot of pain and effort goes into getting it right. Furthermore, after you return the product, the product which has been cut according to your height & size is of no use to us.
Hence, we shall be really grateful if you are considerate of this. Low returns will allow us to keep our product prices reasonable for all our patrons.
If there is a sizing/fitting issue, exchange or correction is available for all products.
What is Returnable?
- All orders of Standard Sizes (XS to XXXL) are returnable.
- Orders customized to standard lengths are returnable.
What is NOT Returnable?
- Orders with customized lengths.
- Orders which are customized to specific measurements (Custom Fit).
- Color customized orders.
- Scrunchies, Earrings, Potli Bags are Not returnable.
- Items under SUPERSALE collection are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
- Kidswear is not returnable
How will I be reimbursed?
- All orders in INR will be transferred to your Bank Accounts/ Cards as per your payment mode in 5-7 business days from receiving the product back.
How to return?
Domestic/ Indian Orders
- Please inform us within 2 days of receiving the package on email@example.com
- We should receive the package within 10 days of intimation of return.
- If the packet is not received within 10 days from the date of initiation of Return, we don't hold the responsibility to process the return.
Please make sure the product is not worn or stained, and no smell of perfume is coming from the garment, in which case your return will not be processed.
- In case the customer wants to return the products, the return shipping will have to be borne by the client.
- In case the customer wants to claim refund on the basis of damaged goods, we will need an unboxing/opening video of the package. Without the video we cannot work on refund or exchange.
- In case the customer wants to cancel the order before the goods are dispatched and wants a refund, 10% of the order amount will be deducted as International currency transaction fees
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once placed and cannot be refunded
