• "Customized" orders will be accepted in prepaid mode of payment only and are non-returnable.

• COD service might not be available at certain locations which are in non-serviceable zones.

• COd is not available at International Locations.

• For orders below the amount of 2000/- COD service is not available.

• An amount of 300/- will be charged for COD Shipping.

• COD orders are accepted only above the order value of 2000/-

• A delivery charge of 150/- is levied on all orders below the value of 1000/-

• Maximum order value limit for COD orders is 15,000/- only

International Orders

• International  delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Fair estimate is as under:

          2500 INR per order for Value upto 15000/-

          3000 INR per order for Value upto 15001/- to 30,000/-

          4500 INR per order for value 30,001/- to 50,000/-

          7000 INR per order for value above 50,000/-

• Shipping to Australian Continent and Canada(
  Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna, Canada, Israel, Hungary, Turkey, Argentina, Brazil, Chile )  :-

          3000 INR per order for Value upto 15000/-

          3500 INR per order for Value upto 15001/- to 30,000/-

          5000 INR per order for value 30,001/- to 50,000/-

          8000 INR per order for value above 50,000/-

• Custom Duty, if levied by the country of the customer, will be liable to be paid by the customer only. We are not responsible for any custom charges on the shipment. 

• In case, the customer refuses to pay Custom Duty/refuses to accept the parcel at the destination, we will not be liable to refund the order amount due to non-delivery of the order.

• In case the customer wants to receive the order in urgency, there are extra charges of 500/- for each style in an order. If possible to deliver early, a payment link will be sent to the customer.

• The order will be put in process only after the total order payment including the urgent charges is received.

• COD orders cannot be processed in Urgent Shipping.

What is Returnable/Exchangeable?

• All orders of Standard Sizes (XS to XXXL) and standard length are returnable.

What is NOT Returnable/Exchangeable?

• Customized Orders.
• International Orders. 
• Scrunchies, Earrings, Potli Bags are Not returnable.
• Items under SALE Collection.
• Kidswear.
• Exchange Orders

How will I be reimbursed?

• Prepaid orders refund in INR will be transferred to your Bank Accounts/ Cards as per your payment mode in 5-7 business days from receiving the product back.
• CoD orders are not eligible for refund. Store credits will be issued against CoD orders returns.
• Shipping charges (300/-) for CoD orders are non-refundable.

How to return?

Domestic/ Indian Orders

• Please inform us within 2 days of receiving the package on labelkanupriya@gmail.com
• We should receive the package within 10 days of intimation of return.
• If the packet is not received within 10 days from the date of initiation of Return, we don't hold the responsibility to process the return.

• Please make sure the product is not worn or stained, and no smell of perfume is coming from the garment, in which case your return will not be processed.

• In case the customer wants to claim refund on the basis of damaged goods, we will need an unboxing/opening video of the package. Without the video we cannot work on refund or exchange.
• International Orders are not eligible for Cancellation/Returns/Exchanges.
