- All customized orders are accepted in Prepaid mode only and are not eligible for Return/ Exchange or Cancellation.
- Dispatch time for Customized orders is 15-17 working days.
- Length Customization: Styles customized to lengths apart from Standard Net Height, will be treated as Length Customized. They will be accepted in prepaid mode only and will be non-returnable/non-cancellable.
- Size Customization : Styles customized to sizes apart from Standard Size, will be treated as Size Customized. They will be accepted in prepaid mode only and will be non-returnable/non-cancellable.
- Customized Fit : Styles customized to exact fit of the customer. They will be accepted in prepaid mode only and will be non-returnable/non-cancellable.
