How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email or call and will inform you about item being out of stock. In that case, you can choose to either wait for the item to be back in stock or cancel your order.

If the order is cancelled, your amount will be refunded.

If at all you have not received a confirmation email from our end but your payment is deducted, please mail us with the payment screenshot, we will manually create your order after confirming the payment.
